Okay, some real-life shait for you! Recently, I found out from my mother that her father was a courier in the Yugoslavian army and, watch this, was shot in the head and survived! He even lived with that bullet (or part of it) in his head since it was too risky to get it out back then.
He endured a lot of pain that would drive him crazy from time to time. I couldn't believe what she was telling me. Basically, I'm the living legacy of Europe's version of the Courier; I might as well be considered a Chosen One :D
